It is possible to hijack sessions only when WiFi is not utilizing EAP, but it should operate more than any private networks (Open/WEP/WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK)
It's sort of like Firesheep for android. Perhaps a bit less complicated to use (and it works on WPA2!).
